1) You will have to repeat this course if you don’t complete all of the online modules and in-car lessons within one year (365 days). This MTO rule has no exceptions and this means paying for the course again.

2) I certify that the statements in this document are accurate and consent to the release of any information contained herein to the Ministry of Transportation, Insurance Bureau of Canada and the auditing firm retained by the Ministry.

3) There will be NO refunds issued once the online course link has been sent to the student.

4) Students will be required to provide instructors with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to a lesson if they wish to cancel the lesson. Failure to cancel a lesson without 24 hours notice will result in a $50 fee per hour of instruction paid to the instructor.

5) Students are required to have the physical copy of their Driver’s License on them at all times for in-car lessons. Paper or electronic copies will not be accepted by instructors.

6) No student may attend driving lessons with an instructor under the influence of any mood or mind-altering substances. In the event that an instructor is unable to conduct a lesson, a missed lesson fee may apply.

7) In the course of in-car instruction, students assume liability and payment responsibility for any traffic violation, fine, demerits, etc. as may be assessed by a police officer or court. While every effort will be made by instructors to ensure no violations occur, students will be responsible for the payment of any fines that may be assessed during the in-car portion, including the use of a instructor’s car for a road test.
